Right of return (Return Policy)

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you as the purchaser, unless the goods are defective or do not correspond to those ordered and this defect is our fault.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

Refunds will be made to the original means of payment.
Once the return has been received and checked, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of the returned goods and approval or rejection of your refund.
