General Terms and Conditions (GTC) & Cancellation Policy for Consumers

These GTC apply to all orders in our Merch Shop that you place as a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act via the webshop www.trailtech.at.

2) Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or when we send you the goods.
3) Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly shown in the order process. We currently only deliver within Austria. Shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 2.99 within Austria and EUR 8.90 within the EU per order.
4) Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address you specify within Austria. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. Should there be any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.
5) Payment
The following payment methods are available: Prepayment (bank transfer), PayPal. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail to marketing@trailtech.at).
Consequences of revocation:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of revocation. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We will be happy to provide you with a sample withdrawal form on request.
7) Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. In the event of defects, you can choose to demand improvement, replacement, price reduction or rescission. Defects caused by improper use are excluded.
8) Data protection
Your data required for processing the order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties, except for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. shipping service providers).
9) Applicable law
Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this reservation of choice of law only applies insofar as no mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence are thereby withdrawn.
