5. storage and deletion of data

We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as long as we are legally obliged to do so.

  • Order data: 7 years (retention obligation under tax law)

  • Customer account data: Until deletion by the user

  • Newsletter data: Until the revocation of consent

6. disclosure of data to third parties

We only pass on personal data if this is necessary, e.g:

  • Payment service provider (e.g. PayPal, Stripe)

  • Shipping service provider (e.g. DHL, Post AT)

  • IT service provider (e.g. web hosting, e-mail provider)

All service providers are GDPR-compliant and only process data in accordance with our instructions.
